What areas do you cover?
We provide chauffeur, minibus and coach hire across London and throughout the UK, including transfers to and from every major UK airport.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, events and peak periods, though we do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings where a vehicle and driver are available.
Do you offer airport meet and greet?
Yes. Our airport transfer service includes live flight tracking and a meet-and-greet with a name board, so your chauffeur is ready and waiting even if your flight is delayed.
How much does chauffeur, minibus or coach hire cost?
Pricing is provided by quotation only, based on your vehicle choice, journey distance and duration. Get in touch with your travel details and we'll send you a tailored quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking — either a percentage of the total journey fee or a flat £100, depending on the size of the booking. We'll confirm the exact amount when you book.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please note that the deposit paid is non-refundable. We recommend letting us know as early as possible so we can try to reallocate the vehicle and driver.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, every Prestige Travel driver is fully licensed and every vehicle is fully insured and maintained to a high standard.
Can I hire a vehicle for a wedding or special event?
Absolutely. We regularly provide chauffeur-driven cars for weddings, proms and other special occasions, including our luxury Rolls-Royce and Bentley fleet.
Do you provide minibuses and coaches for large groups?
Yes, our minibus and coach fleet caters for groups from 12 up to 57 passengers, ideal for corporate travel, tours, airport transfers and large events.
Can I request a specific vehicle from your fleet?
Where possible, yes — let us know which vehicle from our fleet you'd like, and we'll do our best to confirm it, subject to availability on your date.
